DELIVERY
Delivery charges within Spain, on the Iberian Peninsula, are €6 (excluding VAT).
Delivery will take between 48 and 72 hours on working days.
Deliveries to the Balearic Islands: a fee of €13 (excluding VAT) will be charged, and the cost of returns must be borne by the customer. Delivery will take between 3 and 4 working days.
Deliveries to mainland Portugal: a fee of €6 (excluding VAT).
Delivery will take between 4 and 5 working days.
Deliveries to mainland France: a fee of 10 euros (excluding VAT) will be charged.
Delivery will take between 6–7 working days.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg: a fee of 12 euros (excluding VAT) will be charged.
Delivery will take between 6 and 8 working days.
IMPORTANT: We do not deliver to the United Kingdom or Norway.
Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a text message or email confirming dispatch, including a tracking number.
We accept no liability for any additional costs arising from errors made by the customer when entering the delivery address details during the checkout process.
